Mr. Malviya has M. Phil in Library Information Science & also pursuing Ph. D. from MGCGV, Satna, MP. Prior to his M. Phil degree Mr. Malviya received Master, Bachelor degree in Library & Information Science & after that PG Diploma in Library Automation Networking. He received graduate degree B.A. from Allahabad University , India
He has attended refresher course in Library Management & Preservation of Rare Documents in Allahabad Museum New Delhi
